It is amazing how many things I have found online about how this company scams everyone out of money. Too bad I didn't look this up until AFTER they scammed out of mine.
It is shocking that they are still in business. My story is the same. Credit card charged, no tickets, no email response, different fake phone message every time. They have apparently been moving offices since I purchased my tickets.
I got the online chat to work once and 'Tammy' was completely unhelpful. Ever see the movie "Boiler Room".....this is the online ticket version.
I contacted the BBB and my credit card company.
Monetary Loss: $261.
