I ordered tickets and my credit card was immediately charged for $218.Nine days later I got an email saying they weren't available but others were and gave me a number to call.

I call it twice, emailed, and then called their customer service number and never got through on any of them.

I called my credit card company to reverse the charges and investigate. In addition Im writing to our attorney general's office.

Advice to others....its a scam and I sincerely hope they are put in jail.

Im sticking with Ticketmaster or Stubhub from now on.

I purchased tickets charged immediately to my credit card.pay for tickets 12/19/07 still on 2/26/07 don't have them talk to Charlie the owner he says we can't get the tickets for your event this on 3/7/08.

the tickets are more now. I called my credit card company they did a charge back.. Now they are trying to take me to court over these tickets I did not receive.

Charlie you are running a SCAM business.Stick with ticketmaster for stub hub.

Had a similar experience.Bought tickets, which never arrived.

Spent hours waiting to speak to a customer rep, was told that my tickets were given away to someone else by mistake.

Never received my money back.Now I'm trying to reverse the charges made to my credit card.
