I tried to buy tickets for the Celtics playoff in Boston. Went online, placed order, and credit card was charged immediately.

As the date of game six neared, I had not received the tickets, so I tried to contact them, only to be told that the tickets were not available. So I said I wanted a refund, but they said they would take a 45% restocking fee. What? I am working with the credit card company on a chargeback.

If they try to sue me I will countersue because I am a lawyer and what they have done is patently illegal.

Welcome to the club that members wish they didn't belong to. They cannot sue you unless you are a resident of Clark County Nevada (no matter what they say).
