I have been ripped off by these guys as well. I bought 2 Broadway tickets in April of 2008. They said that the tickets would arrive 2 weeks prior to the show. Well, I get a call a month ago, from another ticket broker who told me they have taken over my account. They said that ticketsmyway is cancelling my order and I am getting a refund". The new ticket broker said that a new charge will show up on my credit card statement for the tickets/.

Well, I my new credit crad bill comes and no refund, but a new charge?. I call the new ticket broker and spoke to the owner/. He told me that he was a new start up business and apparently he was ripped off by them as well,. Ticketsmyway told him that I was already refunded my money, so it is good start up business for him:. The new broker cancelled my tickets and refunded my money..

I am waiting for my credit card company to do their investigation now.. I urge all people to write to their Attorney General's office about this company. 1296f19

Stay away from OnTheGoTickets, AKA Ticketsmyway.com, we will rip you off! 

We won't send you any tickets and then call and threaten you with lawsuits, credit damage and even death threats! File a police report as soon as we start harassing you!

It looks like more than enough people have been scammed by TicketsMyWay to warrant a class action lawsuit against them. I would encourage anybody who's talked to an attorney about these scams to ask that attorney if they'd be interested in organizing a class action.
