Paid for Wicked tickets 5 weeks before the show. Three days before I still don't have them. My bank is going to do a chargeback but now I only have three days to get tickets. Thanks for nothing. Also they somehow mark your account after you call a couple of times to check on your order. At this point you automatically get sent to voicemail and good look ever talking to someone after that happens. They are the biggest crooks ever.

Read the fine print and don't cancel your order or they'll only refund 55% of what you paid. It's better to let them default and have the bank or credit card company do a chargeback.

WOW The same thing happened to me. I was sick to my stomach. I couldn't believe what was happening. I got lucky and the Hotel I was staying at found me better tickets than the ones I ordered.
