It took 4 days for the tickets to come and I was charged for two day shipping. I think I should get a refund of some sort.

While the phone service isnt exactly up to par I would have to say that they do a decent job. If I can get the refund for deliver I will use them again

It took 4 days for the tickets to come and I was charged for two day shipping. I think I should get at least a 10 dollar refund.

They dont agree and they say the shipping method is 2 days. Go figure
