I ordered tickets through Ticketsmyway.com and then they did not deliver the tickets by the date of the event.
When I disputed the charge on my credit card statement, I was sent notice from the company stating their policy was "NO REFUNDS". I ultimately was able to get a refund from my bank however Ticketsmyway decided to take me to court for the full ticket purchase even though they never sent me my tickets. I still was stuck for a $125 cancellation fee even though they screwed up.
They use underhanded legal tactics to screw the customer.
