Ticketsmyway complaint by Dmangino
This is a follow-up to my previous entry about tickets my way. I was never sent my tickets for Wicked. What is even worse..... I tried 24 times in 8 hours to reach somebody, anybody at the company with no response. I have filed complaints with every consumer agency out there. If anyone is interested in getting these con artists please respond. I would like to put these scum bags behind bars!!! How is this business still operating? Oh, and Brandon, whom of which I said was helpful..... surprise, surprise his extension is now "invalid" when I call. This is an outrage. Denise NH

Same thing happened to me.. feel so foolish. Has anyone gotten their money back? Any suggestions?

I purchased my tickets for the wwe event this weekend back in november and was now told that my tickets were destroyed in a tornado. I am trying to reach someone to help me out with no luck. If anyone has any suggestions for me to help me get my money or my tickets it would be greatly appreciated.
